Steve Hafen Steve accepted the position as CEO with Devcon Security in March 2012, where he previously been the COO. Steve has held integral leadership roles in the security industry since 2007. He started his career in 1996 in the technology industry, where he held leadership positions in marketing, product management and channel-related departments at Novell, a global enterprise software leader. He then joined Certiport, Inc., a leader in performance-based computing certification programs and services, as Vice President of Marketing and Distribution. Following Certiport, he joined the Apollo Group, the largest for-profit education company in North America, as General Manager of operations in Calgary, Canada. After Apollo, Steve joined Prosper, Inc., a market leader in customized training and education, as the Chief Operations Officer.
Steve’s background includes business and marketing instruction at Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management, where he was a part-time faculty member for seven years. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor's Degrees in International Studies and Japanese.

Ann MacDonald Ann MacDonald has been Senior Vice President & Secretary since March 2011 when she was promoted from Vice President & Secretary, a post she held since February 2008 and Treasurer since February 2006 with Devcon. From December 2004, Ms. MacDonald held various finance and treasury positions within Devcon. Between March 2004 and December 2004, Ms. MacDonald worked as a private consultant. From February 1998 to March 2004, Ms. MacDonald worked for Carlisle Holdings Limited and Carlisle's US subsidiary, OneSource Holdings, Inc., as Treasurer where she advised on mergers and acquisitions in addition to managing the group's worldwide treasury and cash management systems. From July 1997 to February 1998, Ms. MacDonald worked for Tyco International Limited as Assistant Treasurer. From June 1990 to June 1997, Ms. MacDonald worked for ADT Limited as Manager of Treasury Operations. Previously, Ms. MacDonald was a commercial banker with First National State Bank of New Jersey. Ms. MacDonald graduated from Cornell University, where she received her BS in Finance 1982 and MBA 1990.

Kay Olsen R. Kay Olsen has served as Vice President of Information Technology since July, 2010. Mr. Olsen has over 20 years experience in the field of information technology. Prior to joining Devcon, Kay was employed by Nature’s Sunshine products as the Vice President of Information Technology. Mr. Olsen holds a bachelor degree in Information Management from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. He has three children and resides in Mapleton, Utah.

Michael Brand Michael Brand started with Devcon Security in August 2010 as the General manager of the Boca location. From November 2010 to July 2012 he served as Regional Director overseeing the Florida/Southeast Region. In July 2012 he was promoted to the Vice President of Sales. Mr. Brand brings over 12 years of Sales and Technical Management experience to this position. Most recently, Michael spent 6 years with Brinks Home Security/Broadview Security where he developed a strong sales and operations branch in the Fort Lauderdale area. His branch won several awards including Florida Region Branch of the Year in 2009 as well as the National Brinks Home Technologies Monitored Activations Award in both 2007 and 2008. Michael has also held leadership positions with both Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Comcast Corporation where he hired, trained and developed employees in both the sales and technical arenas. He received a B.A. in Communications with a minor in History from Hofstra University.

Brandon Savage Brandon Savage has worked at Devcon since December 2012. He has worked in the electronic security industry since 1999 and has broad experience at both traditional and rapidly-growing companies within the industry. He also currently serves as the chair of ESA's Young Security Professional group. Prior to joining Devcon, he worked as an independent management consultant, specializing in strategy, technology, and operations within the electronic security industry. His past experience includes roles at SafeHome Security (Vice President of Technology), Firstline Security (Vice President of Technology and Operations), Bay Alarm Company, and Vivint (Director of Supply Chain Management). He also had a two-year stint outside the industry within EMC's (NYSE:EMC) cloud computing division. Mr. Savage received a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania Program for Executives in San Francisco, California, where he received a double major in Strategic Management and Operations/Information Management.
