Q. When I am on the phone I hear phone dialing out/get cut off same time every day.
A. This is your communicator testing itself. In some cases the time can be adjusted. To notify our tech support to attempt a time change (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Q. Is my system compatible with Vonage, Magic Jack, and other VoIPs?
A. As with all alarm companies our system is not 100% compatible. The best way to insure that your signal will get to us is to call 855.280.3311 and setup an appointment.
